Lettings Administrator

Originally from London, Karen spent most of her life in the capital before moving to Broadstone in 2013. She was drawn to Dorset by its beautiful beaches, countryside and the wonderful quality of life it offers.

With 5 years’ experience as a London Letting and Estate Agent, Karen has a real breadth of experience across Lettings, Sales, Accounts and Property Management and appreciates how the different roles interact.

Karen initially worked for Harker & Bullman Lettings as a Property Manager so has a real understanding of the whole lettings service – from conducting check visits and organising maintenance and repairs to negotiating between Landlords and Tenants. Karen is now totally office based and responsible for applicant referencing and tenancy preparation / renewals. Whatever the task, Karen takes a real pride in her work and likes to see a job through to a successful conclusion.

In her spare time Karen enjoys going to the Theatre, travelling and spending time with her animals – 3 cats and a boxer dog!
